Ryan’s focus for Gershman Partners centers around leading development efforts including land assemblage, pre-development activities, creative deal structuring, contract negotiation, public-private partnerships and municipal entitlements. Ryan also oversees the company’s retail leasing department generating significant value for all new and existing developments.
Ryan has completed dozens of ground up developments and over 100 lease transactions around the country.
Time away from work is spent being active outdoors with his wife and their newborn baby, and their dog Howie. Ryan also enjoys travelling, immersing in local culture, Indiana sports and University of Michigan football.
Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Michigan, is actively involved in Urban Land Institute (ULI) as co-chair of the Young Leaders Group and is a member of the Park Tudor School Alumni Board.
