Ryan Kass is Executive Vice President, Co-Head of Real Estate and Chief Revenue Officer of Empire State Realty Trust. He oversees the company's leasing department, bringing extensive experience, relationships, and industry knowledge to the team. Since joining Empire State Realty Trust in November 2013, he has led the team in transaction volume totaling more than 10 million square feet.
Prior to Empire State Realty Trust, Kass was Senior Managing Director at Newmark, where his practice focused on both landlord and tenant representation in the acquisition and disposition of office space. During his 10 years at Newmark, he was a member of the Leadership Council, mentoring junior brokers, and was the 2011 recipient of the Aaron Gural Award.
