Ryan Kass serves as Executive Vice President, Co-Head and Chief Revenue Officer of Real Estate at Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT). In this role, he oversees the company's leasing department and has led the team in transaction volume totaling more than 10 million square feet. He was appointed Co-Head of Real Estate in September 2025, assuming expanded leadership responsibilities alongside a co-head, with both reporting to the company's President and Chairman & CEO.?Prior to his current responsibilities, Mr. Kass served as Director of Leasing at ESRT following his joining of the company in November 2013. Before ESRT, he was Senior Managing Director at Newmark, where his practice focused on landlord and tenant representation in the acquisition and disposition of office space. During his approximately 10 years at Newmark, he was a member of the Leadership Council, mentoring junior brokers, and was the 2011 recipient of the Aaron Gural Award.
