Ryan has lived in the Chattanooga area for over 12 years. Prior to that Ryan and his wife lived in Charleston, South Carolina, where they bought our very first home—a short sale with a local bank. That transaction piqued his interest in real estate, and we soon began investing in rental properties.
After a few years of investing, Ryan turned his attention to representing clients to help others buy, sell, and invest as they had been doing. After moving to Chattanooga, Tennessee they are expanding their experience into commercial real estate, by purchasing the Weaver's Room at the Old Woolen Mill and Mountain View Gardens and Ballroom.
Over the years, this experience and knowledge with so many different facets of the real estate process have allowed Ryan to serve his clients in the best possible way.
