Ryan Neyland is a Vice President at Palo Duro Commercial Partners. With 12+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Ryan primarily specializes in investment sales, land brokerage along with urban retail site acquisition and disposition. Ryan has also handled tenant representation ranging from locally chef driven restaurants to publicly traded companies such as Stellar Bank.
As a native Houstonian, Ryan brings an extensive knowledge of the urban market to the team. Prior to joining Palo Duro, Ryan was with Davis Commercial Real Estate, where he was consistently the top producer for years on end. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, active member of his church and volunteer with Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
