Sahil is a Surveyor who joined Montagu Evans in 2022 as part of their Graduate Scheme where he spent time rotating across departments in teams such as Valuation Advisory, Development and Industrial & Logistics.
He specialises in providing development consultancy, valuation and agency advice to public and private sector clients. He has a particular focus on AUV, Industrial and Residential developments across London and the South East.
Before joining Montagu Evans, Sahil previously worked as an asset manager and property developer at London & Oriental. He provided assistance in development consultancy, asset management and strategic property advice on assets of various scales and complexity for private family offices.
