Samuel Assaad is a Specialist in Industrial Investment Sales at Dominus Commercial, where he brings a rare combination of credit, underwriting, and brokerage experience to every transaction. Before joining Dominus, Samuel worked as a Credit Analyst at InterBank, where he underwrote loans and lines of credit across industries including industrial development, hospitality, retail, multifamily, and single-family. That experience sharpened his ability to assess cash flow, stress-test deals, and evaluate collateral value — skills that now inform how he underwrites investment opportunities for clients.
Samuel's real estate career began as a Real Estate Agent with Compass / The Assaad Group, where he built his own book of business through market research and forecasting for investors. He went on to work as a Brokerage Intern at The Woodmont Company, researching and pitching retail site opportunities across the DFW commercial market.
