Sam Nichols joined SRS in 2025 as a senior associate for SRS Capital Market's South Central Investment Properties team in the Austin office. He works with the Texas team providing transaction execution, as well as financial models and valuation, preparation and presentation of marketing materials, investor and client management.
Prior to joining SRS, Sam worked as an associate at Pennybacker focusing on real estate investments. Before Pennybacker, he was an analyst at JLL and HFF. During his tenure at JLL, he was involved in more than $3.5 billion in total transaction volume.
