Samir founded the 360 Hospitality team with a clear mission: to redefine hospitality management. A natural leader with a lifelong passion for business, he earned his Certified Hotel Administrator designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and immediately began building a successful hotel portfolio.
His journey began in 2006 with the acquisition of a boutique hotel, which he transformed into a branded property under one of the world’s top three hotel flags. Today, Samir owns six hotels and a convention center. His success is rooted in a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences efficiently and effectively—always guided by his core belief: surround yourself with the most talented professionals in the industry.
