As Director of Industrial Leasing at Hillwood, Rhea performs a key role in leasing, developing, planning, and marketing the industrial portfolio at AllianceTexas. AllianceTexas spans over 27,000 acres, encompassing 60 million square feet of commercial development and 590 corporate residents, many of which are listed on the Fortune 500, Global 500 or Forbes’ List of Top Private Companies.
Previously, Sam performed a vital role in the building development and marketing efforts for retail and land assets at AllianceTexas, successfully growing the 900-acre, mixed-use shopping destination, Alliance Town Center.
Sam is actively involved in several philanthropic, educational, and real estate organizations, including The Real Estate Council, The Association of Former Students at Texas A&M University, The Touchdown Club of Dallas, The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and The Arthur B. Adams Society at The University of Oklahoma.
