Sandra is the CoOwner and CEO for Richmark Properties, Inc. and is responsible for directing the general operations of the company’s portfolio including marketing, due diligence assignments, budgeting, reporting and general client relations. Sandra has more than 30 years of experience in the property management industry and has managed Class A, B and C properties, new construction properties, Value Add, etc. She attended the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Brokers license in the states of Texas and Oklahoma and is a CPM. Sandra has been a valued member of Richmark Properties since 1992.
