Sarah began working as a research analyst intern. In that role she developed vast market knowledge by working alongside the senior principals to learn the ins and outs of the industry. Sarah is originally from San Diego, California and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington.
Sarah has experience working with clients from small startups to large international corporations. Her experience representing tenants include facility relocation, lease renewals, expansions, subleases, and purchases. Sarah is committed to finding facility solutions that allow companies to flourish by considering location, technical needs, culture, and growth and helping her clients develop and implement strategic plans for changing real estate needs.
