Scott Chandler specializes in the acquisition and disposition of high-value properties throughout Canada and has extensive experience in brokerage and advisory for major private and institutional clients, having worked on all asset classes in every province over the past 30 years. Prior to joining IPA, Mr. Chandler held leadership positions with Colliers International Canada, Cushman & Wakefield Ltd., and Scotia Capital. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and sits on the board of the organization’s GTA chapter, is a member of the Real Estate and Housing Advisory Board for the University of Guelph, and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). Mr. Chandler received his B.A. in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University with a minor in business administration, and his M.A. in economics from the University of Toronto.is M.A. in economics from the University of Toronto.
