Scott joined CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance team in 2022 and is based in San Jose, CA. Prior to that, he spent the past several years working on the commercial lending side, first as an underwriter before transitioning to loan originations.
Scott works with several types of lenders that include banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, and debt funds when structuring competitive financing for his clients. He’s secured financing on a wide range of asset types located throughout the county that include multifamily, medical office, net-leased retail, hospitality, and owner-occupied properties.
He graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Finance.
