Scott Foster is Managing Director of acquisitions for Greystar Development and Construction Services and is responsible for the acquisition and development of new multifamily and mixed-use projects in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
Scott has been active in the real estate industry since 2004 and prior to joining Greystar in 2015, he worked on single-family, multifamily, and office projects throughout the Bay Area and Southern California. As Senior Vice President with Cushman, he led the acquisition of institutional projects totaling more than 1,300 units in Mountain View, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, Menlo Park, and Sunnyvale. He also helped lead development acquisitions for Pulte Homes in Southern California, where he oversaw the acquisition and entitlement of more than 4,000 units.
Scott holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara School of Law and a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from Stanford University.
