Scott co-founded Gordon Partners in 2006 and oversees Developments, Acquisitions, and Leasing for the company. His focus includes coordinating financing for the company’s projects and executing strategies to re-position certain properties within the Gordon Partners portfolio. In his career, Scott has completed over 1,000 lease transactions accounting for approximately 2 million square feet of retail space. He has successfully led Gordon Partners in the completion of several ground-up developments as well as in the identification and acquisition of under-performing assets for redevelopment throughout the state of Texas.
Scott is a graduate of Houston’s Episcopal High School and Southern Methodist University.
