Scott has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience representing industrial corporate clients throughout the United States. Some of Scott’s specialties include advising tenants with site selections, acquisitions, consolidations, build-to-suits, lease negotiations, and facility disposals. Through years of experience representing industrial tenants, Scott has grasped a deep understanding of how to solve complex requirements and improve a clients’ bottom line. Prior to commercial real estate, Scott was a 100-ton licensed captain pursuing billfish around the world for 15 years.
