Scott Lunine is a Partner and also serves on the company's Board of Directors. Scott leads Partners’ Brokerage division. In addition to his role at Partners, Scott serves as CEO of Landlords.com, a company specializing in helping real estate investors maximize their performance and returns. Scott joined Partners from Marcus & Millichap, where he led the Southeast Florida division. During his tenure, he doubled the size of the division and more than tripled EBITDA. Prior to that role, he spent six years as Managing Principal of the Southern California division for Waddell & Reed, a publicly traded, full-service financial services company specializing in comprehensive financial planning. While at Waddell & Reed, he took his division from number 96 to the top 10 in just four years. Scott is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and has conducted numerous presentations for institutions such as Bisnow, CREW, NAIOP, University of Alabama School of Business, UCLA Anderson School of Business, Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, International Investor Conference Group, Colliers, NAI Global, CBRE, ICSC, BIA, SVN , CCIM and others. In addition, Scott has served on the Board of Directors of multiple companies and the Real Estate Advisory Board of Florida International University. Scott is a three-time honoree as one of the South Florida Business Journal’s Power Leaders (2018, 2019, 2020). He has trained, coached and mentored over 3,000 commercial real estate agents, brokers and investors and successfully closed over $4 billion of commercial real estate properties in 24 states.
