Bio
Scott’s main focus is in investment sales throughout LA and Orange County with a focus on foreign client acquisitions and investment. “Having done business in over 50 countries, I try to anticipate the needs of the investor and deliver beyond expectations.”
Scott previously served with CB Platinum Commercial in Irvine where he focused on the acquisition and sales of hotel, gas station, entitled multifamily land, warehouse, flex space and retail centers.
Prior to real estate sales, Scott was a TV producer for over 25 years. Scott is an Emmy® award and a p.g.a, Producer of the Year award winner. Scott served as Senior V.P. at 51 Minds where he was a member of the team that sold the group of companies to Goldman Sachs for $200 Million.
Previously, Scott was Producer and Executive in Charge of the CBS TV series "The Amazing Race" with a staff of 2,500 employees worldwide each season, the Supervising Producer in Charge of Prod. Fox TV Stations and FOXLAB, Fox TV’s division that created Southpark.
Scott is a member of the Apartment Assn. of Greater LA and a property manager for over 25 years.
Scott also enjoys fine art photography, snow skiing, river rafting and scuba diving in exotic locations.
