Spalding serves as Managing Director Investments, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of A/B/C market rate and LIHTC apartment communities in metro Atlanta and throughout the Southeast U.S. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Scott held the dual role of President of The Apartment Group and Partner at Bull Realty, Inc.
