Scott Walker serves as President of MIMCO, Inc., a commercial real estate management and investment company headquartered in El Paso, Texas. In this role, he oversees the company's implementation and growth strategy, leading efforts to direct overall growth initiatives through the identification of new acquisitions, new partnerships, and new investor relationships. He works across a portfolio spanning industrial, land, office, retail, and flex property types in markets including El Paso, Austin, Dallas/Ft Worth, San Antonio, Albuquerque, and the Rio Grande Valley corridor. Walker joined MIMCO in 2006, where he established himself within the company's leasing department, and became an owner of MIMCO in 2019.Prior to his promotion to President, he negotiated hundreds of leases with regional and national tenants on a repeat basis across the portfolio and was involved in MIMCO's executive management decisions.
