A Kansas City native, Sean was born and raised in Olathe, Kansas, where he learned the value of property ownership at an early age from his father who owned his own construction company. Sean attended Johnson County Community College and DeVry University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in project management. During that time, he also served his country in the U.S. Navy Reserves as a Field Medical Corpsman for the Marines. Sean began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2004 as a residential sales representative, receiving special training and earning the classification of Certified Negotiation Specialist. His background in residential sales and negotiation provides Sean with a unique understanding of the social science behind real estate transactions and a commitment to help clients make the most of their real estate dollars. Sean’s experience includes work on high profile portfolios including Sprint and Embarq, although he ascribes to the notion that “size doesn’t matter,” and dedicates most of his expertise to working with small to medium sized businesses. This experience takes the form of assessing company assets, preparing excess property for disposition, and relying on an extensive national network of resources to market and sell a multitude of properties. This aggressiveness has manifested itself in Sean’s ability to raise millions of dollars in capital for clients during a time when many companies were struggling. “We believe the backbone of this country and this industry is the small business owners that have weathered the ups and downs with little to no help from the government or banks. We are a company of problem solvers and we are here to help,” says Sean. Despite the country’s economic downturn, Sean has successfully helped the businesses he touts, grossing the highest sales statistics of his real estate career in the last three years. Today he and his team are enthusiastic about leading the real estate industry with technology by utilizing the most advanced online resources available.
