Sean Kubicek is a native Austinite who has a passion for real estate brokerage, development, and investments. Sean has represented hundreds of clients in the purchase, sale, development, or investment of over $160M in transactions since 2012. Sean first began investing in real estate in 2007 for his own account and enjoyed it so much, he went on to assist clients in a full-time capacity in 2012. Since earning the “Rookie of the Year” designation from Moreland Properties in 2012, Sean has consistently been a Moreland Properties “Top 10 Producer” and “Outstanding Achievement” designee. Through deep market knowledge and experience, Sean and his wife, Claudia Scott (also with Moreland Properties) are able to assist new and experienced real estate buyers, sellers, developers, and investors with strategies for success in today’s competitive market.
