Bio
Sean joined the company in 2014. He manages a portfolio of 4.5 million square feet of office and retail space in Toronto, including new office and mixed-use developments.
His recently completed projects include two new state of the art office buildings, 100 Queens Quay East and the Waterfront Innovation Centre, as well as the renovation of 320 Bay Street.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is currently a member of NAIOP and sits on the Greater Toronto Chapter’s Developing Leaders Committee.
