Seth is a Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Seth has more than five years of experience in the multifamily investment sales industry and is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment advisory throughout Colorado and the western United States. During his time at JLL, Seth has been involved in the disposition of over 10,000 units totaling over $3B in transaction volume.
Seth started at JLL in 2023. Before that, he was an associate specializing in multifamily investment sales at Northmarq. Prior to that, he worked at CBRE.
