Seth joined Horvath & Tremblay in 2026 in order to launch a medical practice group focusing on the sale of medical buildings at the intersection of Retail, Medical and Office known as "Medtail" and "Medical Outpatient Buildings (MOB)" throughout New England. These assets combine healthcare demand, consumer convenience, high quality tenancy, location strategy and durable income fundamentals. Seth brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and over $1 billion in sales, with a primarily focus on retail and net leased investment properties.
He has advised private investors, developers, family offices and institutions on the acquisition and disposition of single assets, portfolios, 1031 exchanges and merchant developer programs across retail, net lease, multi family, industrial, and medical buildings.
