Seth Weinstein co-founded Predium in 2002 where he specializes in strategically
managing and implementing local and national assignments. Seth’s ability to help
companies reduce operating costs and streamline real estate processes has
earned him local and national assignments from Wachovia, WorldCom, Cingular
Wireless, Network Appliance, and United Parcel Service, to name a few.
Prior to founding Predium, Seth was the youngest partner of an international real
estate services firm. Throughout his tenure at his previous firm, he helped build the
national accounts group providing leadership, management and direction to the
company. In addition, he was consistently top producer for the firm.
Seth balances a passion for work and a dynamic style with a level head and clear
sense of direction. It’s a formula that has helped him successfully complete a
number of significant transactions—and earned him a place among the Dallas
Business Journal’s real estate "Heavy Hitters." Over the past four years alone,
Seth has been involved with 195 transactions involving over 4 million square feet
valued at $715 million.
Seth is a native to Dallas, Texas. He earned his Bachelors degree from Southern
Methodist University. He and his wife Kristy are the proud parents of three boys,
including twins.
