Shana brings over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Colliers, she served as Senior Brokerage Services Administrator at Legacy Commercial Property Advisors, where she led marketing initiatives, managed deal administration, and provided comprehensive support across leasing, sales, and investment transactions. Before that, she held a dual role at Rupe Helmer Group as Marketing Coordinator and Acquisition & Disposition Analyst, contributing to the firm’s investment strategies and marketing execution.
Shana brings a well-rounded skill set and deep industry knowledge to support the Oklahoma Multifamily Investment Sales team and the Industrial Investment Sales team in the Dallas office. Her career began in brokerage, providing her with a unique perspective on marketing, client service, and transaction management. This firsthand experience in deal-making allows her to approach marketing and operations with a strategic mindset rooted in real-world execution
