Mrs. Patrick’s focus at MMG is the acquisition, disposition, and strategic repositioning of all classes of Multifamily properties or rental portfolio's including but not limited to Market Rate, Affordable Housing, Workforce Housing, Value-Add Properties, New Construction, Build-to Rent (BTR), Senior Housing, adaptive re-use properties, and mixed-use properties with a residential component.

Prior to CBRE, Shana was a leader in Multi-Family Property & Asset Management for over 13 years, widely recognized as a dynamic multi-family expert, winning a National Paragon Award from the National Apartment Association, in 2012.
