Shane Mulready serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of RM Bradley Management Corporation. Since joining the firm in 2008, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Property Manager, Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Liaison, Executive Vice President and Director of Property Management, and President and Chief Operating Officer, before being named CEO in 2025. Her leadership has helped strengthen RM Bradley’s property management platform, elevate service standards, and expand long-standing client relationships throughout Connecticut.
Prior to joining RM Bradley, Shane served as Director of Arena and Event Administration for the Patriot Center Arena at George Mason University, overseeing operations for the 10,000-seat venue. Through her strategic vision, Shane continues to drive RM Bradley’s growth while maintaining the high standards that define the company.
