With 20 years in retail real estate, Shaw is well known for his expansive market knowledge. He specializes Tenant representation, Development consulting, Tenant project leasing & execution, Retail user site acquisition, land sale and ground lease expertise. Shaw is a native Houstonian who has been named one of the Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters. Hard working and unrelenting, Shaw has been known to go to the mat on behalf of his clients. His work with power, lifestyle, mixed-use and urban projects speaks for itself. Prior to Streetwise Retail Advisors, Shaw worked for Moody Rambin’s retail division where he was responsible for the leasing and development of several retail developments like Washington Heights, Juban Crossing and the Shops at Bella Terra.
When away from the office, Shaw enjoys spending time with his family and playing as much golf as he can find the time for.
