Shawn M. Street joined Stream Realty Partners in May 2023 as a Vice President in Dallas. He is responsible for expanding the firm’s land brokerage business across the Metroplex by identifying, sourcing, and closing land transactions. Shawn was a Senior Vice President at Younger Partners and founded Street & Associates before moving to Stream. His prior commercial real estate experience includes serving as a Consultant at Landry Commercial Inc. He also spent more than nine years as an Independent Petroleum Landman for Tidewater Development. In his free time, Shawn enjoys golfing, working out, and going on family adventures with his wife and two daughters.
