Shep Benjamin is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and management. Most recently, he served as Director of Real Estate for The William Warren Group in Colorado, where he oversaw the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of industrial and self-storage properties while providing strategic market insights to the executive team. Prior to that, Shep specialized in industrial real estate as a Broker and Industrial Specialist at NAI Charleston, representing owners, developers, buyers, and tenants in complex transactions. He holds an ARGUS Valuation-DCF certification and is passionate about delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that create value for clients and foster economic growth in the communities he serves.
