Simon Penner started Miramont Commercial in October 2021. As the company’s sole broker, he serves the needs of a diverse client base throughout Southern Colorado and along the Front Range. Mr. Penner has committed his brokerage advisory career in consulting with landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers by creating winning solutions and adding value to their real estate needs.
Known for strong skills in negotiation and an extensive knowledge of the prevailing market conditions, Mr. Penner has a deep understanding of the business with nearly 16 years of experience. His wisdom comes from a wide range of transactions inclusive to office, industrial and retail type properties. He understands the nuances and executes transactions with keen attention to detail assisting investors, owner occupants and tenants in successfully navigating the waters of challenging markets.
Prior to Miramont Commercial, Mr. Penner was Director for Newmark in their Colorado Springs location and then previously Broker Associate with CameronButcher Company.
