He started his career at Hoffman Partners where he became the youngest company director after 4 years before leaving to become a Partner of Harris Associates for a further 6 years.
Simon has gained vast experience in the Industrial and Office markets whilst working with a number of institutional, private and property company clients and has been involved in over £2 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.
Simon is a qualifed Charted Surveyor.
He began his career at Hoffman Partners where he became the companies youngest Director after 4 years. Qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2013 he has gained vast experience across all sectors of the market.
Whilst working with a number of private clients, institutions and property companies he has been directly involved in over £400 million worth of deals.
