Sina Danesh is a Senior Investment Advisor and Business Broker at 3CRE Advisors, specializing in sales, acquisitions, leasing, and business transactions across the Ohio and Northern Kentucky market. With a strong focus on restaurants and bars, Sina has successfully facilitated numerous acquisitions throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
With extensive experience in retail leasing and restaurant investments, Sina brings firsthand industry knowledge, having previously owned, operated, and managed multiple establishments before transitioning into real estate. His background provides a unique insight into the needs of investors and business owners, helping them navigate space requirements and optimize utilization in a competitive market.
Sina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. In addition to his work in real estate and business brokering, he continues to operate Ruby’s Chocolates, a well-regarded local chocolate company in Cincinnati.
