Sonny has been with JLL since 2011, focussing on residential development and investment; acquiring, disposing and advising on residential assets and land throughout the UK, with a strong focus on London and South East.
Sonny is currently working on the disposal of one of the largest sites to be marketed in Westminster in a decade, with the potential to deliver 700,000 sqft of residential, offices and retail accommodation. Sonny is also providing consultancy advice to bring over 1,200 residential units through planning across a number of sites in Wandsworth.
