Sophia Ferguson is an Associate at Colliers based in Philadelphia with a focus on Center City and suburban PA retail, supporting leasing, advisory efforts and sales for both landlords and tenants. She is equipped with a strong foundation in market analysis, valuations and risk advisory, and financial modeling.
Sophia was selected as an inaugural participant in the firm’s Acceleration Program Off Campus cohort. Through Colliers’ specialized mentorship and hands-on training with best-in-class trainers, leadership and top producers across our national organization, Sophia will continue to build a strong foundation in market strategy, deal execution, and client service.
Before joining Colliers, Sophia gained valuable industry experience through a Valuations and Risk Advisory Services Internship at JLL and a brokerage internship with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate and Finance from the College of Charleston, where she was an active member of the Real Estate Club.
