Bio
Spencer's focus is on providing clear, friendly and professional advice to both local and national commercial property owners and occupiers.
He started working in the commercial property industry in 1994 and have since gained considerable experience across all sectors during that time.
Initially starting working as a service charge expert for major property consultants such as CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, he started his career as a Surveyor in 1999 and becoming MRICS qualified in 2006. He is also a Registered RICS Valuer.
Specialising as an Asset Manager for large commercial property landlords he has gained significant experience across all elements of commercial property in particular the retail sector, helping to improve local areas by way of active asset management. This has also helped him to build up a significant contact base which he is able to call upon when needed.
