Spencer's full-time career in real estate began in 2002, and he has been licensed as a broker since 2007. Before joining Williams Trew in 2009, Spencer worked for his family partnership, Preston Carter Company, and on his own as an independent broker and investor. Throughout his career, he has been exposed to all fields of real estate brokerage, ownership and management. The goal of The Perry Group is to utilize their experience, knowledge, expertise, and confidence to assist their clients with their specific needs. His background gives him a unique perspective and the ability to look at properties from different angles and determine the best way to market them.
