Stefan specializes in sourcing new opportunities in land and industrial brokerage and investments across Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin. Prior to Junction, Stefan was a Senior Associate at Dosch Marshall Real Estate – Texas Industrial Land Division for three years. As a result of his hard work and natural leadership capabilities he was recognized as an emerging leader in the firm. During his tenure there his team was responsible for developing and growing the Industrial Land platform during the post-COVID industrial and boom, where they were active in Houston, DFW, and Central Texas. His team was responsible for closing over 25 land transactions totaling over 800 acres and grossing more than $275mm in deal volume. Among his notable transactions, Stefan represented the buyer in an off-market transaction for 34 acres near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport to develop 350,000 square feet of class-A industrial. He also represented the buyer in a competitive on-market purchase of 92 acres in Georgetown to develop 5 rear-load and 2 cross-dock class-A industrial buildings totaling 1,094,640 square feet.
