In this position, he is responsible for locating new opportunities for ELT. Mr. Collins has received multiple real estate designations including CCIM and SIOR, and has acquired over 70 Brownfield sites throughout North America. He has been influential in redevelopment of these sites, including negotiating state and local incentives. The value of the sites will exceed $250 million after cleanup activates have been completed. With 30+ years of experience in local government, economic development, and real estate, Mr. Collins has the knowledge and experience to evaluate and develop Brownfield sites so they benefit not only ELT but the Seller and local community.
