Stephen has been in the Commercial Real Estate business for over 35 years. He has completed transactions in Office, Retail, Industrial, Multi-Residential, Land & Development. His area of expertise is his industry-leading technical skills and his ability to quantify and compare real estate alternatives. Stephen has applied his skills in transactions around the globe and was involved in the $1.27B sale of a downtown Toronto office building which was, at that time, the single largest asset sale in Canadian history. Stephen developed his business skills and analytical abilities and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Boston College. More recently, Stephen was the Technical Skills coach at a large commercial brokerage, he is an author in the best-selling book Rise and Shine and is now excited and energized to be providing knowledge, skills and training to agents at HomeLife University (HLU).
