Steve McClure is a Market Partner at Lincoln Property Company. He was previously Chief Executive Officer at Spectrum Companies before its acquisition by Lincoln in 2026, where he led all aspects of the company, implementing strategy, guiding team leaders, and overseeing the operations of its service lines: Asset Management, Capital Management, and Development.
A 20+ year veteran of the company, Steve joined Spectrum's commercial leasing team in 2004, then led its residential division for 10 years before being named Chief Operating Officer in January of 2017.
Steve lives in Charlotte with his wife, Erin, their two children, Grace and Jack, and their dog, Bear.
