Stephen M. Olefson is a Vice President of STNL Advisors. Having more than 19 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate in the NYC-Tri-State area, his unique and insightful strategies for landlords and tenants allow him to provide clients with a successful platform for achieving any real estate initiative.
Prior to joining STNL Advisors, Olefson was at Denholtz Associates and specialized in the sale and leasing of office and commercial buildings. Working with many local, regional, and national companies, he was responsible for a portfolio of 25 buildings and 2 million square feet. He executed a yearly average of 180 deals, involving 650,000 square feet of leasing with approximately $35,000,000 of lease value.
A graduate of University of Delaware, Stephen is a life-long resident of the NYC Tri-State area. He currently lives in Fort Lee, New Jersey with his wife Dr. Abigail Wellington, and two young children, Oliver and Henley.
