Mr. Preston oversees all aspects of North American’s operations in Texas. Mr. Preston’s specialty is retail development where he has been personally responsible for numerous ground up shopping centre developments in Texas and several other retail land development acquisitions. Mr. Preston received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Florida and holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Prior to joining North American in 1999, Mr. Preston worked as an Investment Banker for CIBC Oppenheimer in New York City. Mr. Preston resides in Dallas, Texas and is John Preston’s son.
