Stephen R. Spelman is a Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at Gatski Commercial. He has been involved in the field of commercial real estate for over thirty years. Stephen was a Partner in the Las Vegas Lee & Associates office for 21 years, the last 7 as its Broker, Managing Partner and President. Mr. Spelman is active as a Consultant and deal maker, specializing in industrial real estate, locating and accessing investment grade real estate for institutional and private investors and assisting corporations interested in development and/or relocation to Southern Nevada particularly for warehousing and large distribution. He is well versed in the development process from land assessment/procurement, through building and sales/leasing.
Mr. Spelman is a Licensed Broker in the State of Nevada, active since 1993.
Mr. Spelman graduated from Cornell University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business/Marketing and Psychology.
