Stephen Vorvolakos is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listings, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in Brooklyn, with a particular focus on the Bay Ridge, Sunset Park, Greenwood Heights and Bush Terminal neighborhoods.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Vorvolakos was a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly Massey Knakal Realty Services. During his time there, he was involved in the valuation of over $1.2 billion in properties, and successfully participated in the sale of over 20 transactions, with an aggregate value of more than $124 million.
A native of Brooklyn, Mr. Vorvolakos is a member of The Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church in Bay Ridge. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Academically, Mr. Vorvolakos received his B.A. in Government & Law from Lafayette College.
