Steve Cook, a native Jacksonian, joined Cook Commercial Properties after a successful career in the construction materials industry. As a founding business owner, President and general manager of Golden Triangle Sand & Gravel, Inc. in Columbus, MS, specialized as a producer of specification sand & gravel products for Ready-Mix Concrete and Hot Mix Asphalt in the Golden Triangle area. Besides experience in construction, land acquisition & management, Steve has also served as an investment advisor and has formerly held both insurance and securities licenses.
