Steve Dunford, Regional Director of Operations and Quality, is responsible for delivery of operational excellence, leading our General Managers, driving performance to meet and exceed budgets and delivery of brand operational metrics. He is also the brand lead for Accor within Aimbridge. Steve started his career as a trainee manager with Trust House Forte. He has branded experience with THF, De Vere Hotels, The Hotel Collection, Macdonald Hotels, Hilton and various independents. He has 40 hears experience in hospitality, working in both operations and commercial – local and central. Steve has lead hotel teams in city centre, coastal, golf resort and airport across the UK. He is a member of the Institute of Hospitality and governor of local academy.
