Steve Ehrhardt has made hospitality a true family legacy. A graduate of the University of Central Missouri, Steve began his career with State Farm before joining the family business, where he oversaw openings and operations for the Ehrhardt family’s Hardee’s restaurants. In the late 1990s, he transitioned to the hotel sector, helping drive growth and innovation across multiple markets.
